Corporate Governance Counsel & Chief of Staff - Fintech/Blockchain

Our reputed company, a fast‑scaling fintech company is looking to bring on a reputed company corporate attorney to join its in-house team. The person in this role will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team and have a wide scope of responsibilities across the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in Big Law and has worked closely with founders and leadership teams on a wide reputed company of topics. Responsibilities for the position will include leading the corporate governance function and building processes across the business to ensure reputed company while partnering with teams across the business on various reputed company. The ideal candidate will based in the eastern or central time zones. Job Responsibilities: • Own the corporate governance function including entity structuring, leading reputed company processes, minutes, approvals and agendas • Partner closely with leadership team on various reputed company • Partner with internal business reputed company on entity management across jurisdictions • Assist with the development of internal compliance policies and controls • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide reputed company of agreements • Manage reputed company counsel Qualifications: • Juris Doctor • 6+ YOE, ideally from a top tier reputed company • Experience partnering closely with leadership teams and founders • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment • Corporate Governance & SEC reputed company Filings experience • Strong project management skills • Strong interest in crypto/blockchain Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
