About Damoov Damoov is a global API-first telematics and mobility platform used by logistics companies, fleet operators, insurance providers, mobility tech startups, OEMs, and app builders. Our SDKs and APIs support driving behavior analysis, real-time location and route analytics, incident detection, and telematics intelligence as a service. About the role We’re looking for a Technical Writer, Developer Documentation to help improve how developers and technical partners understand and use Damoov’s platform. This role focuses on creating clear, practical, and accurate documentation across APIs, SDKs, integration flows, and related product capabilities. You will help turn technical complexity into usable content that supports faster onboarding, smoother integrations, and a better overall developer experience. This is a strong fit for someone who writes clearly, enjoys structuring technical information, and can work closely with product and engineering teams to make complex products easier to understand. What you’ll do • Create, update, and maintain documentation for Damoov’s APIs, SDKs, integration flows, and platform capabilities • Write developer-facing content such as quickstarts, setup guides, implementation steps, reference materials, release notes, and troubleshooting documentation • Help organize documentation so it is easier to navigate, understand, and use • Turn technical input from engineers and product teams into clear, practical, and user-friendly content • Improve onboarding materials that help developers evaluate and integrate Damoov’s products more quickly • Work closely with engineering, product, support, and developer-facing teams to keep documentation accurate and aligned with product changes • Help identify gaps, unclear areas, and recurring friction points in the current documentation experience • Contribute to documentation standards, templates, content structure, and consistency across the developer knowledge base • Support launch communication and documentation updates for new APIs, SDK changes, and platform improvements • Help strengthen the overall developer experience through clearer technical communication What we’re looking for • Experience in technical writing, developer documentation, documentation strategy, or a similar role • Strong writing and editing skills in English • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and structure information logically • Comfort working with APIs, SDKs, technical product workflows, or developer-facing tools • Ability to collaborate closely with engineering and product teams • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Good judgment about what technical audiences need in order to get started and move forward • Interest in telematics, mobility, mobile technology, geolocation, or API-first SaaS products Nice to have • Experience writing for API-based or SDK-based products • Familiarity with developer portals, docs platforms, markdown-based documentation workflows, or versioned documentation • Experience creating quickstarts, integration guides, tutorials, or troubleshooting materials • Understanding of mobile SDKs, telematics workflows, location-based services, or connected products • Experience improving documentation usability, information architecture, or content consistency Why join Damoov • Help shape the documentation experience for a global telematics platform • Work on products with real-world applications across mobility, fleet, logistics, and insurance • Collaborate across product, engineering, support, and developer-facing teams • Have visible impact on developer adoption, onboarding quality, and platform usability Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
