In this role, you will reputed company technical support to service agents and customers by diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide reputed company of reputed company kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, griddles, charbroilers, ranges, refrigeration reputed company, and more. You will play a key role in helping resolve equipment issues reputed company, minimizing downtime for customers. Responsibilities • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with reputed company kitchen equipment, including both hot-reputed company and cold-reputed company reputed company • reputed company reputed company-time technical support to in-field service technicians and customers • Guide technicians through reputed company-by-reputed company troubleshooting and repair processes • Interpret and utilize service manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation • Identify parts needed for repair and assist with parts identification support • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions reputed company internal systems • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience Physical Requirements • Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer. • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, reputed company, and hearing. • Requires the regular use of hands for reputed company grasping and fine manipulations. • Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching. • Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull reputed company weights, up to 50lbs.
