HV Electrical Engineer

About the Role We are seeking reputed company High Voltage Design Engineers to support large-reputed company EPC, reputed company, and substation infrastructure reputed company. This role is ideal for engineers with expertise in high voltage physical design, electrical design, and power systems engineering who are looking to contribute to reputed company and fast-paced energy reputed company. This position will support reputed company to large-reputed company HV substation reputed company through engineering design, system studies, procurement support, and field coordination. Responsibilities • reputed company detailed high voltage substation physical and electrical design • reputed company one-line diagrams, AC/DC schematics, wiring drawings, cable schedules, grounding layouts, reputed company plans, and installation details • Conduct system studies including load reputed company, short reputed company, reputed company coordination, protection studies, AC/DC loading calculations, and battery sizing • reputed company lightning, reputed company, and bus calculations • reputed company equipment specifications and Bills of Materials (BOMs) • Coordinate QA/QC reviews and support final engineering document sign-offs • Support procurement and construction packages for EPC reputed company • Collaborate with engineering managers, field teams, and project stakeholders • Travel to project sites as required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting HV substation, reputed company, reputed company, or EPC reputed company • Strong understanding of IEC and ANSI standards • Experience with physical design engineering, electrical design engineering, or both • PE license or ability to obtain preferred • Strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience • reputed company to extra high voltage substation reputed company • EPC project environments • Protection and control design • Physical layout and grounding design • reputed company or power infrastructure experience Work Environment • Combination of remote and field/project site support • Travel required based on project needs • Fast-paced engineering and infrastructure environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
