Senior Program Manager – EHR Modernization (Rural Health) Location and work environment: Maine (Hybrid/Remote with instate travel) Position Type: Full Time Reports To: Director, Digital Health Grade Level: 7  Anticipated Salary: $88,000-$105,000  Program Leadership & reputed company • reputed company the planning, launch, and execution of a statewide EHR modernization initiative serving rural hospitals, clinics, federally reputed company centers (FQHCs), nursing homes, mental and behavioral health organizations, and other reputed company partners. • reputed company program goals, timelines, milestones, performance measures, and risk mitigation strategies reputed company with State priorities and funding requirements. • Apply a rural health equity reputed company to program design and implementation, ensuring fair reputed company to funding and technical assistance for organizations with varying reputed company of reputed company and readiness. State Partnership & RFP Management • Work closely with the reputed company to design and administer a transparent, competitive, and reputed company RFP process for reputed company partners seeking funding for EHR upgrades or replacements. • Support development of RFP materials, evaluation reputed company, scoring methodologies, and applicant guidance. • Coordinate proposal review processes, including stakeholder engagement, conflict of interest management, documentation, and award recommendations. • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and funding reputed company requirements throughout the procurement and award lifecycle. Stakeholder Engagement & Technical Assistance • Serve as a primary reputed company between the State, reputed company partners, vendors, and internal project teams. • Build strong relationships with rural reputed company leaders, IT teams, clinicians, and administrative staff to support successful adoption and change management. • Identify common challenges across partners and coordinate targeted technical assistance, peer learning opportunities, and shared tools.
