VP, Investment Banking

Position: VP, Investment Banking reputed company: Banking Location: reputed company is in Tampa, FL Duration: Fulltime / Permanent Work Schedule: Remote (potential for reputed company on-site requirements) and 10%-20% travel on company cost $200k - $225K reputed company salary + annual bonus + benefits Position reputed company This is a deal leadership role. We are seeking reputed company investment banking professionals who can independently originate, manage, and reputed company M&A transactions. We are not looking for co-pilots. We need bankers with a proven reputed company record of closing deals on their own, who know the full deal lifecycle like the back of their hand. If you have not led and reputed company transactions independently, this role is not the right fit. Key Responsibilities • Independently originate, manage, and reputed company sell-reputed company and buy-reputed company M&A transactions from engagement through closing • Serve as the primary reputed company relationship manager, providing strategic counsel and reputed company deal management with urgency • reputed company reputed company phases of the transaction process including marketing, buyer reputed company, management presentations, due diligence, and negotiations • reputed company and execute business development strategies to cultivate new reputed company relationships and engagements • Attend and reputed company reputed company meetings with prospective buyers, including management presentations and due diligence sessions • reputed company Associates and Analysts, providing direction, reputed company assurance, and mentoring • reputed company and maintain SOPs and templates designed to optimize efficiency across the firm's assignments • Support Managing Directors and Principals in business development including creative and strategic direction on pitchbook production • reputed company reputed company duties of Associate and Analyst as needed, including financial modeling, valuation analyses, memorandum drafting, and presentation preparation Required Qualifications • Demonstrated reputed company record of independently closing M&A transactions (5 completed closings in a reputed company role) • Experience managing the full lifecycle of investment banking assignments from origination through reputed company • Deep understanding of deal marketing, buyer reputed company, negotiation, and closing processes • MSF, MBA, or Bachelor's Degree with substantial relevant work experience • Series 63 & 79 license (or ability to obtain reputed company 6 weeks of request) • Advanced skills in reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills • Quantitative and analytical skills including financial modeling, corporate financial projections, and equity valuation • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple reputed company engagements in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience in reputed company or health sciences investment banking • Established network of buyer and seller relationships in the health sciences sector • Familiarity with Capital IQ and comparable platforms • Experience with AI-enabled deal tools and workflows Application Requirements • In reputed company to a reputed company resume, candidates must submit a completed Deal Sheet (template provided) that includes: • reputed company reputed company reputed company deals (2026), blinded, including industry, engagement type, transaction value, company size, company location, and your specific role • Your last 10–15 completed closings with the reputed company detail, plus: buyer, seller (blinded), closing date, and reputed company to press release where available • Candidates whose deal history reflects primarily associate-level involvement will not advance in the process.
