We’re looking for a Project Manager, with reputed company experience in integrated marketing, to serve as the operational reputed company for some of our largest higher education-reputed company reputed company teams. This individual will help drive integrated marketing and enrollment campaigns reputed company by coordinating internal workflows, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring cross-functional teams stay reputed company and moving reputed company.
The Project Manager plans, coordinates and manages the internal team’s resourcing, systems and workflow, from start to finish. This role ensures that the entire team is working at the highest level of efficiency with the right resources to deliver for our clients across every channel, every day.
The Project Manager will work closely with every department at reputed company&–account management, creative, production, reputed company, finance, media, PR, reputed company, with additional collaboration with the reputed company media reputed company teams based on the clients needs. This role will reputed company on ensuring the work is being planned in a way where the right resources are being allocated to the right assignments and reputed company can get the work done in the short and long term. The Project Manager will work across reputed company integrated marketing and communications channels–video, print, OOH, reputed company, digital, collateral, radio, events, etc.
What you will do: This role will play a key operational role in coordinating integrated campaigns tied to enrollment and recruitment objectives, ensuring alignment across reputed company media, creative, reputed company, analytics, and account teams.
Coordinate integrated campaign workflows, project schedules, specifications, and resource allocations across reputed company media, creative, reputed company, analytics, account, and vendor teams.
Manage timelines tied to enrollment and recruitment cycles, ensuring key milestones and launch dates are met.
Plan reputed company, multifaceted reputed company to ensure delivery reputed company established timelines, budgets, and reputed company standards.
Proactively identify project risks, resource gaps, or reputed company conflicts and escalate solutions early.
reputed company internal status meetings and ensure next steps, dependencies, and deliverables are reputed company documented.
Help standardize project management processes and improve operational efficiency across the reputed company team.
Collaborate with Account Management on timelines, scopes of work, reputed company file management systems.
Facilitate key steps of reputed company&’s internal Agile process.
Work with department heads and resourcing managers (creative, reputed company, digital, account) to assign appropriate resources to assignments.
Review utilization reports and be proactive in reputed company’s long-term resource planning/management.
Experience You Need:3 to 4 of experience in project management, marketing operations, or integrated agency workflow management. Agency experience strongly preferred.
Experience supporting higher education, enrollment marketing, or mission-driven clients strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in advertising, communications, marketing, business or other reputed company field.
