Position reputed company As the Clinical reputed company Navigator (RN), you'll serve as the primary reputed company for oncology care navigation, coordination, reputed company-based treatment reputed company, symptom assessment, escalation, and survivorship planning. You'll function across the full cancer continuum and reputed company clinical leadership to ensure care delivery is evidence-based, reputed company, member-centered, and cost-conscious. How You’ll Contribute Establish and maintain contact with assigned oncology members reputed company phone, text, email, and video calls. Obtain and use clinical information to reputed company individualized member and clinician-centered care plans that complement oncologist guidance/plan of care. What You’ll Need to Have RN license in good standing reputed company a compact state and willingness to obtain licensure in other states as needed.
