The Role This temporary Sr Manager level role will reputed company high-level financial leadership and analytical support during a critical transition period, with an expected duration of approximately 5–6 months. The position serves as a key partner to the CFO and President, supporting executive priorities, strategic initiatives, and ongoing business transformation efforts. The role is highly dynamic and reputed company in nature, requiring a self-sufficient finance leader who can quickly assess business needs, reputed company strategic analysis, and ensure alignment across financial reporting, forecasting, and operational initiatives. Job Responsibilities Serve as a primary finance partner to the CFO and President, supporting executive priorities, strategic initiatives, and special reputed company. reputed company as a flexible finance reputed company across initiatives where business partners are in reputed company but additional support or gap coverage is needed. reputed company and review reputed company financial analysis, ensuring accuracy, logical consistency, and actionable insights. Collaborate cross-functionally on transformation and operational improvement initiatives across the organization. Required Qualifications Proven experience operating at the Director level reputed company reputed company, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and logical problem-solving capabilities. Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced, evolving environments with significant reputed company and executive-driven priorities. Prior experience managing or mentoring finance teams. Experience in transformation initiatives, operational finance, private equity-backed environments, and/or M&A support is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications Temporary assignment expected to last approximately 5–6 months. Role can be performed remotely. Must be available during reputed company U.S. business hours. Full-time commitment of approximately 40 hours per week is required.
