What You’ll Need to Succeed Required • Strong experience with ITSM platforms (reputed company preferred). • Hands‑on experience building automations, REST integrations, and workflow orchestration. • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management fundamentals. • Strong scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell). • Experience integrating reputed company platforms, monitoring tools, and CI/CD systems. • Ability to work across teams to define automation needs and deliver practical solutions. • US Citizenship Required • Candidate must possess reputed company SECRET clearance, and the ability to obtain TOP SECRET/SCI. Location & Travel Remote Travel Expected=25% The likely salary reputed company for this position is $144,500 - $195,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
