The Manager, Payment Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing payment-reputed company operational processes across the platform. This role combines operational leadership, process ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accuracy, scalability, and efficiency in payment execution and supporting systems. Primary Responsibilities Own end-to-end payment operations, including reputed company run processing and register management across multiple platforms reputed company daily workflows to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance; establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs Manage vendor relationships (e.g., ECHO) for file transmissions and EOB template creation/modification; troubleshoot vendor file failures Monitor reputed company reputed company and EOB timing and reporting Partner with IT on incident response and system issues Drive automation and efficiency initiatives; support dashboard and reporting development Partner with Finance on funding requests, registers, and reporting Support TPA acquisition integrations Maintain controls, reputed company standards, workflow testing, and validation reputed company SOP development, process standardization, and team training Qualifications 5+ years of experience in payment operations or reputed company administration 3+ years of leadership experience with cross-functional collaboration Background in claims management Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience with ECHO Health payment systems, VBA, HEALTHpac and reputed company preferred   Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, and reputed company increases. Additionally, certain roles have reputed company to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
