About the Role We are looking for a Collection Analyst to join the reputed company Risk Department. In this role, you will take ownership of collection reputed company analytics, driving improvements through data-driven experimentation, segmentation, and multi-channel optimisation. You will work directly with large datasets, build and maintain dashboards, automate workflows, and collaborate closely with the Collections Manager, operations, and tech teams to turn insights into implemented changes that have a reputed company reputed company on portfolio performance. Key Responsibilities Identify, formulate, and prioritise hypotheses for collection reputed company and process improvements based on data analysis. Requirements (MUST HAVE) 2–5 years of experience in an analytical role reputed company collections, credit risk, or portfolio management in consumer lending (fintech, banks, credit cards, BNPL, SOFOMs). Advanced English – mandatory; daily working language used with the international team. Strong SQL skills, including appropriate data storage design, indexes, execution plan analysis, lock awareness, and partitioning. Python for data analysis, scripting, and process automation. Power BI for building and maintaining production-reputed company dashboards. Solid understanding of experimentation methodologies and collections efficiency metrics.
