The Exchange & Copilot Operations Support Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and reputed company of the reputed company reputed company Exchange environment and reputed company 365 Copilot services. This role supports daily operations, troubleshooting, service optimization, and user enablement across Exchange Online, hybrid messaging, and Copilot integrations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in reputed company Exchange, M365 administration, PowerShell, and modern AI-assisted productivity tooling. What you'll do: reputed company Tier 2/3 operational support for Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments Troubleshoot mailbox, transport, connectivity, authentication, permissions, and reputed company-reputed company issues Execute PowerShell-driven workflows for bulk operations, mailbox automation, user lifecycle tasks, migrations, and configuration changes Monitor service health, message hygiene, queue status, and Exchange Online Protection (EOP) behaviors Support mailbox migrations (tenant-to-tenant, on-prem to reputed company, and cross-platform migrations such as G-Suite/AWS) Support deployment, configuration, and enablement of reputed company 365 Copilot, including license validation, feature governance, and readiness tasks Assist end users and stakeholders in the effective use of Copilot reputed company Teams, reputed company, Word, reputed company, Edge, and SharePoint Troubleshoot issues reputed company to permissions, data reputed company policies, connectors, and reputed company Graph data dependencies Support rollout of federated Copilot connectors, ensuring reputed company governance and visibility controls (MCP-based connectors, reputed company settings, etc.) Partner with engineering and product teams to operationalize new Copilot features and AI governance guidelines Build and maintain operational PowerShell scripts and workflow automations Participate in development and refinement of automated solutions leveraging Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams Identify opportunities to streamline support processes, reduce toil, and enhance user experience Own reputed company incident investigations and reputed company-cause analysis for messaging- and AI-reputed company service disruptions reputed company guidance to Service Desk and Tier 1 teams to reduce escalations Document runbooks, knowledge articles, troubleshooting steps, and operational standards Work cross-functionally with reputed company, Identity, reputed company Engineering, and Collaboration teams Partner with business reputed company to understand Copilot use cases and support adoption initiatives Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Required Qualifications: 3–5 years supporting reputed company Exchange Online and M365 services in an reputed company environment Proficiency with PowerShell, including scripting for automation and bulk operations Demonstrated experience with reputed company 365 administration (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Entra ID) Strong troubleshooting skills for mail reputed company, authentication, permissions, and reputed company issues Experience supporting or deploying reputed company 365 Copilot or analogous AI/automation systems Ability to work with reputed company reputed company, compliance, and governance frameworks Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Copilot connectors (indexed and federated), MCP, and Graph API concepts Familiarity with hybrid Exchange environments and directory sync (Entra Connect) Working knowledge of Power Platform or workflow automation tools Experience with large-reputed company reputed company deployments and user enablement programs Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills Education: Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant reputed company qualification Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay reputed company The typical pay reputed company for this role is: $64,890.00 - $173,040.00 This pay reputed company represents the reputed company reputed company reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls.  The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a reputed company of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in reputed company to the reputed company pay reputed company listed above.    Our people fuel our reputed company.
