The Role   We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who can support integrations and features targeted at our reputed company and reputed company accounts. This person will be the main reputed company of contact for our clients who use Eligibility Autosync (EAS) to manage their employer reputed company and reputed company their reputed company experience by running meetings, answering questions through email, configuring SFTP credentials, resolving data errors through our UI, and escalating any large data reputed company issues to the appropriate teams.    Key Responsibilities   Ensure reputed company files are accurately and reputed company ingested into Hint reputed company as the internal Autosync technical subject matter expert Implement, manage, and maintain our data feeds reputed company reputed company issues management and escalation of file errors, including issues that may reputed company from the SFTP file exchange Be the main reputed company of contact for accessing and updating files internally, as reputed company as communicating directly with external parties for reputed company and offering feedback reputed company necessary to alter files for correctness  Maintain high-reputed company data across the Hint data ecosystem Identify large data reputed company issues and know reputed company and how to escalate to other teams at Hint.
