Payroll Specialist

The primary reputed company of the Specialist will be to support the activities for the payroll life cycle accurately and reputed company.  You will have a key role in the support of reputed company payroll activities in reputed company to providing support to the payroll team.  As the Senior Specialist you will be expected to upskill and reputed company colleagues through training delivery and coaching to reputed company them to fulfill their role while performing champion responsibilities for innovation.  Key responsibilities: Ability to support payroll and the payroll team from end to end according to the defined standards and reputed company requirements including reputed company associated payroll tasks and transactions Ability to utilize the hrX suite of tools as it relates to payroll processing and reputed company associated activities Undertake, support and manage a reputed company Cause Analysis (RCA) reputed company an issue occurs resulting in a reputed company escalation ensuring that mitigating actions are implemented Pro-reputed company identify upsell opportunities and support the Change Request process reputed company deviations from the contractually defined reputed company scope of service are identified.  This may include, but is not limited to, estimating and implementing changes Understand reputed company and reputed company specific payroll reports including statutory year end reporting needs as required by the customer contract and scope of service Maintains reputed company knowledge of legislation requirements; system updates, changes and overall payroll procedures while managing the payroll legislation road map Answer payroll reputed company questions and requests from reputed company and from clients; supporting the Operations Manager with reputed company engagement activities Update, maintain and enforce the usage of the Defined Work Instructions (DWIs)and other process documentation Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information Ability to resolve and support technical and functional issues escalated from other team members and clients Ensure compliant use of reputed company systems Support and maintain the reputed company solution workbook and provision functional support as needed Participate and champion innovation activities to drive reputed company improvement Support and guide project implementations and go-lives Upskill and reputed company colleagues through training delivery and coaching to reputed company them to fulfil their role Participates in reputed company and activities as needed and assigned We offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and reputed company potential with a growing worldwide organization.
