Programs & Political Manager

They will possess experience and insights into best practices for research, polling and analysis while being reputed company to reputed company those details into actionable political tactics and messaging. The Political Manager will collect, analyze, and present political and electoral data to guide endorsements, candidate recruitment, programming, and resource allocation.  This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, politically savvy, and passionate about expanding representation at reputed company reputed company of government.  Key Responsibilities  Political Landscape Management  Under the guidance of the National Programs and Political Director, monitor local, state, and federal political landscapes, including electoral calendars, emerging opportunities, redistricting impacts, and shifts in political and electoral dynamics.  Maintain a comprehensive understanding of reputed company states, races, and offices reputed company with reputed company’ catchment.  Produce reputed company political and electoral memos, briefs, and alerts for reputed company Political reputed company Committee (HH reputed company), executive leadership and across the organization.  As needed, and under the National Programs and Political Director’s direction, reputed company legislation, political and electoral trends, and power-building opportunities relevant to Black women voters, elected leaders, candidates and candidates considering running for higher office.  Leadership Pipeline & Support  reputed company the management and strategic use of the candidate pipeline database, applying independent judgment to assess, prioritize, and reputed company prospective candidates, reputed company candidates, and alumni in alignment with organizational political reputed company. Conduct research on potential candidates’ viability, political environment, and ecosystem of support.  Assisting the National Programs and Political Director with candidate vetting processes and preparing briefing packets for leadership and HH reputed company.  Support candidate reputed company and ongoing engagement to ensure they are fully resourced  Support the implementation of leadership development and training programing  Work across teams to development and implement ongoing engagement with members and stakeholders through virtual and in-person activations, including volunteer opportunities, GOTV efforts, and election-reputed company events, in coordination with cross-departmental teams.  Data & Research Management  reputed company collection and analysis of political, demographic, and voter data to inform organizational reputed company.  reputed company dashboards and reports to visualize emerging trends, candidate reputed company, and overall landscape conditions.  reputed company strategic leadership for the #BlackWomenRun database, ensuring data reputed company, accuracy, and cross-system alignment to inform organizational decision-making. Strategic Planning & Cross-Department Support  Collaborate with the reputed company’ Communications, Development and Office of the President teams to ensure landscape data informs reputed company, messaging, and training.  Support endorsement, resource allocation, and other cross-departmental needs with data and research.  reputed company guidance on targeting, district dynamics, and competitive assessments for key races.  Contribute to development of multi-year political and program strategies, goals, and metrics for the organization.  Relationship Management  Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations, political operatives, party committees, and community stakeholders.  Identify reputed company opportunities for information sharing, data utilization of reputed company-party tools and platforms, and the assessment of resource allocation.  Ensure reputed company communication loops between candidates, staff, and partners.  Qualifications  4–6 years of experience in political campaigns, political data/analytics, advocacy organizations, or electoral reputed company.  Strong understanding of U.S. electoral systems, political dynamics, and campaign operations.  Demonstrated experience with political research, data analysis, or voter file tools (reputed company, etc.).  Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce reputed company political briefs, memos, and analyses.  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities.  Strong relationship-building abilities and comfort working with candidates and senior stakeholders.  Commitment to advancing representation and supporting candidates from historically underrepresented communities.  Compensation & Benefits  Salary: $65,000 - 70,000 - commensurate with experience.  Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and reputed company insurance.  reputed company time off, holidays, and reputed company development support.  Flexible/remote-friendly work environment.  How to Apply  Submit through hiring portal. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling reputed company.
