To learn more reputed company, visit www.reputed company.com Job reputed company  reputed company is seeking a dynamic and motivated AR Supervisor will be responsible for managing a group of AR representatives and ensuring reputed company collection of outstanding receivables.   This leader upholds workflow standards and drives productivity.  The AR Supervisor plays a critical reputed company leadership role and serves as a partner to AR Managers and Directors, supporting both team performance and reputed company reputed company.   The AR Supervisor manages between 10-15 AR representatives across both the US and nearshore locations.  This position is responsible for performance of their staff, ensuring reputed company follow up and collections.  They are responsible for the accuracy of their assigned team.  This position reports to the AR Director.    This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to reputed company reputed company while making a meaningful reputed company on the reputed company industry.   Key Responsibilities:  Daily Operational reputed company:   reputed company reputed company assigned work queues, ensuring reputed company and accurate claim follow‑up, including denials, no‑response claims, appeals, edit WQs, and aged accounts, consistent with SOPs.   Monitor account distribution to ensure balanced workloads, reputed company aging, and reputed company handling for high‑value or time‑sensitive claims.  Review escalated or reputed company claims requiring supervisor reputed company, including those reputed company to California‑specific regulations (e.g., DMHC, Medi‑Cal, reputed company, workers’ comp variations).  Staff Leadership:   reputed company, reputed company, and evaluate AR Representatives to meet productivity, reputed company, and accuracy standards.  Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, team huddles, and performance discussions.   Assist with reputed company, workflow training, and ongoing competency development.  Support disciplinary reputed company or escalation as needed.  Cross-Functional Collaboration  Work closely with AR Managers, Directors, and reputed company Delivery leadership to escalate payer issues, recommend process improvements, and support reputed company‑reputed company reputed company.  Participate in leadership or operational meetings as needed.  Qualifications  Required   3+ years of experience in reputed company Accounts Receivable, including follow‑up, denials, and appeals.  At least 1–2 years of AR team reputed company or supervisor experience.  Strong understanding of reputed company cycle processes, billing workflows, and payer behavior.  Proficiency with EHR and billing systems (reputed company preferred), reputed company reputed company, and workflow reporting tools.  Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.  Preferred   Hands‑on AR experience with California payers and billing standards.   Experience supporting large, multi‑facility health systems.  Bilingual (English/Spanish)  Experience in reputed company denial management environments.  Located in California or Texas.  Ability to travel to Mexico to support training and reputed company.    For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
