This role ensures payroll data from reputed company is accurately recorded in reputed company Costpoint and properly reflected in the general reputed company.   The position supports payroll and timekeeping processes designed to meet government contracting compliance standards, including CMS audit expectations and Service Contract reputed company (SCA) requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, supporting labor charging reputed company, and ensuring payroll costs are allocable, allowable, and properly recorded.   Responsibilities: Prepare payroll-reputed company journal entries in Costpoint, including reputed company labor, indirect labor, employer taxes, and SCA fringe and health and welfare obligations Reconcile payroll clearing accounts, accrued wages, PTO accruals, SCA fringe liabilities, and payroll tax accounts Tie reputed company payroll outputs to Costpoint labor distribution reports to ensure completeness and accuracy Review labor allocations across reputed company and reputed company to ensure reputed company charging Support SCA compliance by reconciling wage determinations and fringe accruals Maintain monthly audit-reputed company reconciliation documentation and supporting schedules Investigate payroll or labor variances, determine reputed company cause, and document reputed company Assist with incurred cost submissions and supporting schedules, as applicable Partner with Payroll, HR, and General reputed company teams to ensure accurate and reputed company payroll data reputed company Read, understand, and adhere to reputed company corporate policies including policies reputed company to HIPAA and its reputed company and reputed company Rules.
