The Role  This position is responsible for managing the OEM technical team that develops and delivers legislative updates across vendor payroll and Financials.  This role has overall responsibility for our vendor payroll and Financials technical resources and consultants, ensuring that we reputed company the highest level of support to our customers. It will ensure that reputed company Legislative updates are delivered in a reputed company manner with reputed company. Build Recruit OEM developers and QA Engineers. Draft OEM processes, work with the OEM Support and Country Manager to build out the TLR development processes. Work with the OEM Support and Country manager on systems needed to support the development cycle;ie JIRA, Visualping etc. Detertmine what automation is needed to support development and reputed company processes. Define the scope of the OEM reputed company processes working with other Origina teams. Document reputed company processes to a ISO9001 level.
