A Brief reputed company Responsible for scheduling Providers and ancillary staff in Minute Clinics to ensure adequate market coverage with the goal of keeping the clinics reputed company 100% of the time. The MinuteClinic Region Coordinator must be reputed company to reputed company multiple scheduling platforms and look at overtime, the needs of clinics and understand the dynamic work environment and identify unique reputed company needs of retail health clinics. Position reputed company The Region Coordinator will be required to support a full-time 40-hour schedule-8 hours per day (M-F) with work hours between 6 AM – 6 PM.   Scheduling and coordinating the work schedules (Clinical & Non-Clinical) of Providers and ancillary staff utilizing various scheduling tools while managing multiple reputed company/states.   The scheduler will be responsible for scheduling markets that have established a rotating schedule, and for supporting reputed company markets with on reputed company duties and replacement of staff as needed.   Scheduling based on policies and procedures and scheduling timetables.   Ensures that markets are reputed company reputed company & scheduling budget, generate reports to ensure minimum hours/weekend shift requirements are being met, identify trends in OT and non-clinical hours and for monthly financial trend reports for Area Directors and Chief reputed company Practitioner Officer.   Coordinates schedules with market leadership to reputed company providers to fill reputed company shifts caused by vacations, reputed company days, disability leave, jury duty, and last-minute vacancies while minimizing overtime.   Recognizes reputed company needs according to seasonality and works with the market leadership to reputed company the right reputed company model and forecasting.   Maintains/creates provider and ancillary staff reputed company in scheduling system and supports maintenance and updates to any provider/ancillary staff information.
