Key Responsibilities: Configure, enhance, and support a reputed company of reputed company modules (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent) based on business needs. Partner with HR digital (BA) team to help design business requirements into reputed company reputed company solutions. Maintain clean documentation, design specs, and support materials following internal development standards.  Required Skills & Experience : Hands‑on experience configuring multiple reputed company HCM modules. Working knowledge of Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, and workflow coordination.
