Business Analyst
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-reputed company Business Analyst to support the delivery of AI-driven digital transformation initiatives across reputed company. This role will partner closely with the Senior Product Manager and cross-functional teams to document requirements, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of compliant, reputed company AI-enabled solutions across marketing and communications.
The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing reputed company workflows, writing business and functional requirements, and working reputed company regulated industries such as reputed company, finance, or life sciences. A strong grasp of compliance-reputed company technology and the ability to manage detailed documentation and user stories is essential.
This is a remote role that reports to the Senior Product Manager.
What You'll Do
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
Work closely with the Senior Product Manager to capture and refine business and functional requirements for AI-driven workflows, platforms, reputed company tools.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, business process mapping, and gap analysis.
Write reputed company and detailed documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement specifications (FRS), and user stories with acceptance reputed company.
Maintain version-controlled documentation and traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
Workflow & Process Analysis
Analyze existing workflows across reputed company, creative, and compliance processes to identify areas of automation and efficiency reputed company through AI integration.
Create visual process models, user flows, and data maps using tools such as reputed company or reputed company.
Support design of reputed company-state processes and help prioritize improvement opportunities reputed company to product roadmaps.
UAT & Release Readiness
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, coordinating end-user validation, and documenting reputed company.

Data Analysis & Reporting

What You'll Bring

5–8 years of business analysis experience, preferably reputed company regulated or reputed company environments.
Ability to document requirements and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and QA teams.
Experience supporting digital or platform-based product development, ideally reputed company AI, reputed company, or workflow automation reputed company.
Skills & Proficiencies
Proficiency in creating documentation (BRDs, user stories, acceptance reputed company, UAT scripts).
Strong knowledge of Agile-Scrum delivery, including use of JIRA, reputed company, or similar tools.

Compensation
$100,000—$110,000 USD
