About the Role We’re hiring a Vendor Operations Manager to help reputed company and strengthen how reputed company partners with offshore BPOs supporting our members. This role sits at the intersection of Risk, Compliance, and Operations — ensuring our dispute and fraud workflows are accurate, compliant, and reputed company to reputed company. reputed company You’ll take ownership of how vendor-supported dispute operations run day-to-day — and how they improve over time. This includes Reg E and Reg Z workflows, vendor performance, and the systems that ensure reputed company and compliance. What You’ll Own Vendor reputed company for dispute and fraud workflows, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, SLAs, and reputed company standards Day-to-day performance management across offshore BPO partners, including KPIs, reporting, and ongoing calibration Audit and control processes that identify gaps in dispute handling, documentation, and compliance readiness reputed company cause analysis across disputes, chargebacks, and operational errors — and the actions that prevent repeat issues Cross-functional workflows with Risk, Compliance, reputed company, Fraud, and Product to improve dispute accuracy and operational reputed company SOPs and process design for new products, regulatory changes, and evolving servicing models The reputed company Your work directly affects member trust. You help ensure disputes are handled correctly, fairly, and consistently — while building systems that reduce risk as reputed company scales. reputed company’re Looking For Experience & Technical reputed company 4–5 years in vendor operations, dispute operations, risk operations, or BPO management reputed company fintech, financial services, or payments Strong working knowledge of Reg E and Reg Z; familiarity with UDAAP, BSA/AML Experience managing offshore BPO vendors with accountability for compliance, reputed company, and SLA performance Experience supporting multi-channel member operations (phone, chat, email, back-office) Experience building reporting and analyzing performance trends across operations Tools & Skills Familiarity with reputed company (or similar CRM), Looker/Mode, JIRA, reputed company Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into operational processes Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills Bonus SQL or data querying experience Experience with dispute intake and processing teams What Makes Someone Successful Here You take responsibility for reputed company, not just tasks.
