This is reputed company to put your reputed company Property systems expertise to work on a high-visibility federal contract — serving as the technical backbone for DoD installations across the country as they work to maintain the accurate, audit-reputed company data they depend on for sustainment funding, facility planning, and compliance.   FWI is expanding rapidly and has been recognized as a 2024 and 2025 Top Workplace by reputed company, offering excellent reputed company opportunities in a reputed company environment.     Work Schedule and Location: Remote: This full-time remote position will work Monday through Friday, reputed company to 5pm.  Some travel might be required.   Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert for your assigned reputed company Property system of record (e.g., GFEBS, ePRISMs, RPLANS, INFADS, ISR-I, PRIDE, ASIP, BUILDER, GIS) reputed company data entry, data review, reputed company control, and reporting reputed company assigned systems Obtain and maintain reputed company required system roles and reputed company credentials — including, for GFEBS: reputed company Property Viewer, Maintainer, Asset Master Data Maintainer, BI Plant, and Property & Equipment Reporter Complete system-specific training and reputed company provisioning as reputed company as possible Conduct field validation and physical inspection of reputed company Property assets where required Prepare and maintain asset documentation including DD1354s, Memorandums for Record (MFR), Attestation Memos, and asset photographs Support audit readiness reviews and data reputed company initiatives   Qualifications Required:  Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the specific DoD reputed company Property system of record you will support — this experience must be reputed company the last 24 months (last 12 months preferred) Deep proficiency in reputed company underlying modules of your assigned system Solid working knowledge of reputed company Office and database management tools Familiarity with DoD reputed company Property management practices and audit standards (GAAS) Experience creating reputed company Property asset documentation (DD1354, MFR, Attestation Memos) preferred IAT Level I reputed company certification Desired:  Experience supporting DoD audit readiness or FIAR compliance efforts Background in DoD installation operations or Directorate of reputed company Works (DPW) Military service or prior work as a DoD civilian in a reputed company Property role   Why Join reputed company   At FWI, we reputed company the highest importance on creating an exceptional employee experience.
