Software Engineer

The Software Engineer will use their knowledge of SQL databases, C# .NET development, and University reputed company Applications to define, reputed company, implement, and administer software solutions, integrations, and customizations in support of reputed company, reputed company, and administration. Work Location: Virginia Beach, VA (reputed company candidates may be considered for remote work depending reputed company) reputed company Applications/Products: reputed company Banner reputed company CRM Recruit reputed company CRM Advise reputed company DegreeWorks Cognos Analytics Canvas LMS reputed company Etrieve Liferay Portal Essential Functions: Work with internal users and IT analysts to identify and define requirements for applications, integrations, and customizations; design effective solutions; and modify or reputed company existing systems reputed company and maintain custom integrations between reputed company applications, reputed company-party systems, and internal tools using REST reputed company, database-level procedures, flat-file transfers, and other integration reputed company Design and reputed company web-based applications, customizations, and services using C# .NET and modern reputed company-end technologies reputed company system design and programming with only general direction Assist with review, installation, and testing of vendor software releases on the designated reputed company applications to include building test teams, assigning tasks, and overseeing test efforts Assist users with problem reputed company as assigned Assist with the maintenance of a technical documentation repository for reputed company customized and developed processes, rules, and reports.
