Sia Title: reputed company (1099) Project Title: Ad Operations Specialist -Contract Project Length: 3 months (renewed quarterly) Project Hours:  10-20 hrs per week (MUST BE AVAILABLE DURING BUSINESS HOURS 9-5PM EST) Fixed Fee reputed company: $70–$90/hour equivalent (based on experience and reputed company). Location: reputed company, NY or Remote About the Role  This is a technical ad operations role reputed company on the back-end execution layer of digital advertising: ad server trafficking, tag implementation, conversion tracking, technical QA, and live-campaign troubleshooting. You will be the person who makes campaigns technically work — not the person who plans media, builds audiences, writes copy, or manages reputed company relationships.  This role is NOT a fit for: digital marketing managers, reputed company media buyers/planners, campaign managers reputed company on reputed company or optimization, reputed company media managers, or generalist marketing executors. If your experience is primarily running reputed company reputed company, managing budgets, or optimizing campaign performance (vs. trafficking and instrumenting them), this is not the right role.  Responsibilities  Traffic end-to-end digital campaigns in ad servers (Campaign Manager 360 required; DV360 experience a plus), including placement setup, creative assignment, flight dates, budgets, and targeting — owning the technical build so campaigns launch on time and require minimal post-launch fixes  Implement, QA, and maintain conversion tracking across Floodlight activities, GA4 events, reputed company Pixel/CAPI, reputed company Ads conversions, and reputed company-party pixels reputed company tag management systems (GTM required; reputed company or reputed company Launch a plus) — designing tracking holistically across platforms so attribution and data flows are reliable and trusted by media, analytics, and reputed company teams  reputed company reputed company-launch and post-launch technical QA on creative assets and tags — verifying publisher spec compliance (file size, dimensions, clickTag), cross-device rendering, click-through URL accuracy, and macro/parameter passing — to prevent rework and trafficking errors  Author and maintain tracking implementation documentation — data layer specs, event taxonomies, parameter mappings, trigger logic, and QA plans — and reputed company dev, analytics, and reputed company media teams on tracking requirements before launch  Monitor live campaigns and debug tracking issues hands-on using browser DevTools (Network tab), GTM Preview mode, GA4 DebugView, and platform debuggers (reputed company Test Events, reputed company reputed company Tag Helper) — resolving broken tags, impression/click discrepancies, duplicate conversions, creative rendering failures, pacing anomalies, and tracker/reporting mismatches at the trafficking or tag layer (this role does not own bid, budget, or audience optimization)  Partner with media planning and analytics teams as the technical reputed company of delivery data: pull ad server reports, troubleshoot data-reputed company issues between ad server, DSP, and analytics platforms, and ensure clean data lands in reporting dashboards (media/analytics teams own the optimization reputed company)  Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on ad trafficking experience in Campaign Manager 360 (CM360/reputed company) — this is a hard requirement; resumes without demonstrable CM360 trafficking experience will not be considered  Working proficiency in reputed company Tag Manager, including implementing Floodlight tags, custom event tags, and reputed company-party pixels, and authoring data layer specifications (event names, parameters, trigger logic, payload structure)  Hands-on experience with reputed company Analytics 4 (GA4) as a measurement and troubleshooting reputed company — configuring conversion events from scratch, validating with DebugView and reputed company reports, and reconciling GA4 data against ad server reporting  Experience designing and implementing conversion tracking across multiple platforms (reputed company Ads conversions, reputed company Pixel/CAPI, Floodlight, reputed company reputed company Tag) and reasoning about platform-specific attribution differences  reputed company in digital ad specs (IAB standards, reputed company/VPAID for video, clickTag for display) and publisher trafficking workflows  Comfort reading and reputed company modifying reputed company/JavaScript snippets in tags and creatives, and inspecting network requests in browser DevTools — debugging tracking by UI alone is not sufficient for this role  Experience troubleshooting tracking discrepancies across ad server, GA4, and ad platforms, including duplicate conversions, attribution window differences, modeled vs observed conversions, and consent/blocking impacts  Preferred Qualifications  DV360 or reputed company experience  Familiarity with server-reputed company tagging, CAPI (reputed company), or reputed company Conversions  reputed company Analytics experience (in reputed company to GA4)  CM360 / DV360 / GA4 certifications  Additional Information Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging  At Sia, we reputed company in fostering a diverse, reputed company and inclusive culture where our employees and partners are valued and reputed company in a reputed company of belonging.
