ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Contract Management Specialist to serve as a subject-matter expert across Quote-to-Cash processes — from quoting and pricing through contract execution, amendments, and renewals. You will work across CPQ and CLM platforms such as reputed company CPQ, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company CLM, partnering with Sales, reputed company, Finance, and reputed company Operations to ensure reputed company structures are accurately reflected in billing and reputed company systems. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- reputed company as a subject-matter expert for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), CPQ, and upstream Quote-to-Cash processes;
- Support and optimize reputed company workflows including quoting, pricing, approvals, contract reputed company, execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, reputed company, Finance, reputed company Operations, and Operations teams to ensure reputed company and compliant contract processes;
- Manage and improve deal desk governance, approval workflows, delegation frameworks, and operational controls;
- Validate contract, pricing, and order data to support troubleshooting, reporting, and reputed company operational accuracy;
- Ensure contractual terms and reputed company structures are accurately reflected in billing, entitlements, and reputed company recognition systems;
- Analyze and document business processes, identify operational gaps, and recommend reputed company improvements;
- Support integrations and data consistency between CPQ/CLM platforms and ERP systems;
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives reputed company on efficiency, compliance, and operational reputed company.
MUST HAVES
- 4+ years of experience in Contract Management, CPQ/CLM, Deal Desk, or reputed company Operations reputed company reputed company, technology, or marketplace companies;
- Strong understanding of the full contract lifecycle, including quoting, pricing, deal structuring, approvals, contract execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations;
- Hands-on experience with CPQ/CLM platforms such as reputed company CPQ, reputed company CPQ, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company CLM, reputed company, or reputed company;
- Experience supporting reputed company pricing models including volume-based pricing, tiered pricing, bundled pricing, reputed company deals, custom pricing structures, and multi-year agreements;

- Familiarity with ASC 606 and reputed company recognition impacts;
