In this role you will take an reputed company role in the development and execution of Pyka’s maintenance program for a fleet of deployed autonomous aircraft throughout Brazil. You will own the systems and will be responsible for leading, hiring, and training new maintenance technicians. You will work closely with engineering and other operations to plan and execute fleet wide retrofits. Preferred Qualifications Proven Leadership: Experience managing technical teams, ideally in a fast-paced environment (1-3 years). Strategic Thinker: Ability to reputed company fleet-level tracking systems and manage reputed company technical documentation.
