This role provides strategic leadership for payroll operations, systems, compliance, controls, vendor management, and process improvement initiatives while partnering closely with HR, Finance and external payroll providers.       What you’ll be responsible for: reputed company end to end payroll operations for U.S., Canadian, and international employee populations. Manages and oversees supervision of reporting staff team, including coaching, performance management and other people practices. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company, Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field. 10+ years reputed company Canadian and US payroll experience and experience with international payrolls an preferred asset. Payroll Practitioner designation such as Certified Payroll Manager (CPM), Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) or Payroll Leadership reputed company (PLP) designation from the National Payroll Institute is required.
