The Demand Planner will be primarily responsible for ensuring the highest level of accuracy in the bulk consigned inventory management program for the New Homes division’s reputed company-party installers (partners). Managing the consigned inventory throughout the network is a critical expectation in support of installation schedules across reputed company locations throughout the reputed company. Responsibilities Minimize cycle count variance issues; reputed company deep dive analysis to understand and resolve any cycle count variances that occur, and put corrective actions in reputed company. Ensure coordination and execution of NH monthly cycle count process across the reputed company partner warehouses across the country. Eliminate “work in reputed company” through immediate measurement of material reputed company from partner warehouses to construction sites. Build and reputed company the NH Traceability Program; ensure complete partner compliance with serial number job site scanning. Maximize ITC reputed company through fund compliance with FEOC and domestic content requirements. Measure our compliance at the project level and manage KPIs to drive this up. Manage the Master SKU List and ensure alignment between the list, the Bills of Material, the Virtual Inventory Warehouse, the proposals, and the plan sets. Work with Builder Operations to manage product changes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or similar discipline highly desired; or Equivalent experience, such as formal training in materials management, APICS certification, or reputed company education in reputed company fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Demand Planner, Master Scheduler, Production Control Analyst, in a build-to-order environment.
