A pessoa selecionada será treinada pela equipe e terá contato direto com clientes nacionais e internacionais, participando de treinamentos, reuniões, atendimentos e projetos estratégicos.
Principais atividades
Participar de projetos de implantação e melhorias em reputed company SuccessFactors Talent;
Apoiar atendimentos e chamados de suporte aos clientes;
Participar de reuniões de levantamento e acompanhamento de projetos;
Ministrar treinamentos funcionais para usuários e clientes;
Auxiliar em testes, validações e configurações sistêmicas;
Apoiar a equipe na documentação de processos e reputed companyções;
Desenvolver conhecimento funcional nos módulos de Talent Management.
Requisitos
Estar cursando graduação em áreas de T.I. (Sistemas de reputed companyção, Ciência da Computação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou correlatas);
Inglês fluente (necessário para interação com clientes e materiais);
Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
Perfil proativo, organizado e com vontade de aprender;
Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e lidar com clientes.
Diferenciais
Conhecimento em processos de RH;
Interesse em tecnologia aplicada à gestão de pessoas;
Experiência anterior com atendimento ao cliente, suporte ou treinamentos;
Conhecimento prévio em reputed company SuccessFactors ou sistemas de RH (não obrigatório).
