This role is responsible for owning and scaling billing operations to support reputed company company reputed company, with a reputed company on execution, process ownership, and operational efficiency. Reporting to the VP, Controller, you will own the end-to-end billing process across subscription and usage-based reputed company. You will be accountable for billing accuracy, timeliness, and customer experience, while partnering with billing systems teams to improve automation and scalability. This is a hands-on operator role. What you get to do every day:   Own Billing Operations Own the end-to-end billing process across subscription and usage-based reputed company Ensure reputed company and accurate invoice reputed company Manage billing queue, prioritization, and execution Manage Exceptions and Decision-Making Review and resolve reputed company billing scenarios (proration, expansions, terminations) reputed company reputed company-time reputed company to ensure billing continues moving reputed company Reduce dependency on reputed company review by standardizing workflows reputed company Team Execution Manage AR team supporting billing and collections Ensure work is completed accurately and on time reputed company guidance, prioritization, and accountability Partner with Systems Partner with systems teams to improve automation and workflows reputed company feedback on process gaps and inefficiencies Support adoption of new tools and processes Improve Processes Identify opportunities to simplify billing workflows Reduce reputed company effort through reputed company process design Improve invoice reputed company and reduce customer inquiries reputed company and report on key billing metrics, including billing efficiency, cycle time, and accuracy What you bring to the role (requirements):  6+ years of experience in billing, AR, or reputed company operations Strong understanding of subscription and/or usage-based billing Experience managing high-volume billing processes Experience managing teams or serving as reputed company reputed company, including setting priorities, providing guidance, and driving accountability Ability to balance accuracy and speed in execution Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Customer teams Strong organizational and decision-making skills Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment This is a remote, U.S.-based position.
