Start-Up Manager, Argentina, remote The Start-Up Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the successful and reputed company activation of clinical trial sites across multiple countries. More specifically, the Start-Up, Manager Manage the end-to-end study start-up process, including site selection, regulatory submissions, site contracting and budgeting, and site activation. Prepare and maintain a site activation plan, ensuring selected sites and countries optimize opportunities for successful study delivery. Proven ability to manage multi-country start-up activities and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
