Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant - reputed company Support Vienna, VA (Remote)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for borrowers, ensuring reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company communication throughout the loan process. Assist borrowers with the collection of missing or outstanding documentation required for completion of the loan file. Update Loan Officers on loan status, conditions, and documentation needs; copy Loan Officers on borrower correspondence and document requests. Structure and prepare loan files in the Loan Origination System (LOS), ensuring accurate data entry and readiness for processing. Work collaboratively with the Loan Processor to reputed company documentation needed to reputed company Loan Officer and reputed company conditions. reputed company administrative support functions including answering phones, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, scanning, faxing, copying, and data entry. Run reports to support Loan Officer pipeline management, productivity tracking, and monthly performance monitoring. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to reputed company, read, and write in English. reputed company in additional languages preferred. Ability to reputed company communicate reputed company information to borrowers and internal partners. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously. Excellent customer service, phone, and interpersonal skills. QUALIFICATIONS One (1) to four (4) years of recent mortgage loan processing experience required. Working knowledge of reputed company (FHLMC), reputed company (FNMA), FHA, and VA loan programs preferred. Familiarity with TILA / RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) requirements. Experience using a Loan Origination System (LOS), preferably Encompass. Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma.
