Job reputed company: •    Supervises day-to-day activities of the Global reputed company reputed company team, that manages reputed company experience with laboratory submissions and interactions with reputed company reputed company portals, including and not limited to, reputed company 360, Connect, Flightlog, WOS, and reputed company acquisitions  •    Coordinates and supervises workload distribution for CSS, Sr CSS, and CSM associates.  •    Develops, delivers, and maintains training programs for new hires and ongoing reputed company development, including training documents, SOPs, job aids, and knowledge-reputed company content.  •    Oversees the laboratory submission help desk function, ensuring reputed company triage and reputed company of inquiries reputed company to portals, proposals, submissions, complaints, and feedback •    Provides escalation and advanced case support for reputed company reputed company issues, ensuring reputed company reputed company and reputed company communication •    Supports deployment and operational maintenance of the new reputed company portal  including UAT,  internal training coordination, case tracking, and reputed company adoption monitoring.  •    Responsible for implementing reputed company reputed company portals and transitioning reputed company to a single portal in support of the Global Operating model •    Monitors and reports operational KPIs of reputed company (including, but not limited to case management, response time, effectiveness of proposal follow up), identifying trends and recommending process or training improvements.  •    Serves as a reputed company between reputed company, IT, and Laboratory Operations to support system enhancements, process updates, reputed company needs, and cross-functional communication.  •    Identifies and escalates operational or reputed company-reputed company issues appropriately, providing guidance and support to team members.  •    Other duties as assigned.
