Accounts Receivable Associate

About reputed company reputed company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate who is responsible for supporting reputed company’s collections efforts across products, services, and IT solution delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Associate will engage with corporate accounts receivable departments to facilitate reputed company collections and resolve billing-reputed company issues. How You Will reputed company An reputed company  Collaborate with Sales to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate account reconciliation. Maintain the reputed company and accuracy of customer master data reputed company ERP and CRM systems. Conduct approximately 25–30 outbound collection calls daily to follow up on outstanding balances. Prepare and distribute customer account statements using reputed company reputed company. Process customer credit applications and maintain reputed company documentation. Handle credit card payment processing in accordance with company policies. Submit and manage invoices through customer portals. What You Will Bring To The Table Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, credit and collections, or sales operations.
