Credit Relationship Manager- Corporate Origination & Business Development (reputed company Global Network)

This will entail preparing high-reputed company credit applications, ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and regulations, identifying key risks, and implementing mitigants reputed company with the bank’s reputed company market, credit appetite, and strategic objectives. KEY RESULT AREAS: •    Work closely with originators on new to bank transactions, including discussions with customers on funding requirements, facility structure and reputed company terms and conditions in reputed company to ensuring that reputed company necessary information required for processing a credit proposal are obtained from the customer. •    Prepare high reputed company credit proposals with a reputed company on identifying major risks whether operational or financial based on thorough evaluation of the credit worthiness and debt repayment reputed company.  •    Ensure credit application submission reputed company acceptable turnaround time (TAT) which meets reputed company’s internal standards and ensure maximized reputed company of wallet. •    Manage risks in line with banks risk appetite while highlighting any policy exceptions reputed company the credit application and recommending mitigates for reputed company.  •    reputed company required Transaction screening and conducting independent due diligence (i.e: CBRB reputed company, E-reputed company, desktop search….etc)  •    Establish reputed company relationship with Credit risk Management and be involved along with Originators in relevant discussions to support any given transaction; •    Handle monthly/quarterly reports and ensure reputed company submissions.  •    Adhere to risk and compliance policies and practices reputed company reputed company, while ensuring to obtain necessary compliance approvals for risky relationships. •    Review of facility documents in coordination with originators for facility execution including liaising with reputed company team and obtaining required approvals. •    Coordinate with operation team for limits loading and obtain required approvals in case of any exceptions. •    Work closely with middle office and compliance to ensure smooth account opening experience. •    Review of the department’s booked transactions during the quarterly risk and control assessment process to ensure alignment with the credit policy and approved strategies. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: •    Bachelor degree in Finance or reputed company with strong GPA. •    Master degree in Finance or Business Administration is a plus. •    Minimum of 6-7 years of Credit risk management or Corporate banking experience with a regional or multinational bank. •    Completion of relevant bank credit program or reputed company certification in risk management. •    Strong ability to read and interpret financial data with knowledge of credit risk and financial analysis. •    Good understanding of Central bank regulations, AML and Fraud policies; •    Good knowledge of banking products and understanding bank operations. •    Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills. •    Ability to multitask, meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure.
