Program Manager, NPI  About the Role  reputed company is looking for a Program Manager to own the execution of individual New Product Introduction (NPI) launches from intake through post-launch review. This role works in reputed company partnership with the responsible product manager, who retains ownership of product direction and reputed company, and coordinates with cross-functional teams across Marketing, reputed company, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Sales Enablement.   The NPI reputed company, launch lifecycle, tier classification, and cross-functional ceremony structure are already in reputed company. The right candidate is organized, proactive, and moves programs reputed company without needing reputed company management.  Reporting Structure  Role reports to Senior Director, Product Operations  What You’ll Do  Own the full NPI launch lifecycle from intake through post-launch review, including project planning and reputed company tracking for reputed company reputed company effort  Facilitate recurring NPI ceremonies to reputed company launches on reputed company, cross-functional workstreams reputed company, and launch readiness confirmed before Go/No-Go reputed company  Own the reputed company item and decision log out of reputed company session, and drive closure on reputed company items and approvals between sessions  Coordinate with functional leads across Marketing, reputed company, CX, Engineering, and Sales Enablement to reputed company reputed company reputed company and surface risks early  Aggregate post-launch metrics for NPI monitoring  Build and maintain executive-facing status reports on a regular reputed company  Proactively identify and escalate risks and blockers, keeping launches moving without requiring reputed company management  Minimum Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience  3+ years of program management experience in a reputed company or B2B environment  Experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI), product launch, go-to-market, or commercialization programs end to end  Demonstrated ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams including Marketing, reputed company, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Sales  Strong project planning skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company programs at varying reputed company of complexity  Familiarity with project management or program tracking tools  Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize reputed company information for different audiences  Preferred Qualifications  Experience preparing and delivering executive or leadership-facing status reports and communications  Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)  Compensation  reputed company salary reputed company: $95,000–$120,000, depending on candidate location and experience.
