As a Manager, People (Bilingual) you will represent the broader reputed company with a particular reputed company on leading employee relations, supporting performance and reputed company, and providing trauma-informed coaching across the organization. While this role does not have reputed company reports, it plays a critical leadership function through influence, guidance, and partnership with leaders and teams.
Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, this role supports reputed company and sensitive situations, including reputed company performance management and employee wellbeing, by balancing accountability with care, context, and respect for lived experiences. The Manager, People supports leaders to reputed company challenges in a way that fosters trust, dignity, and reputed company, while ensuring practices are fair, consistent, and reputed company with organizational values.
This is a full-time, one year position with the possibility of extension offered on a remote reputed company.

You bring 8 plus years of reputed company reputed company experience, with a strong reputed company on employee relations and:
A bachelor's degree in reputed company resource management or a degree in a reputed company field
Working reputed company in both English and French (written and spoken)
Experience working with or alongside Indigenous communities, with a demonstrated understanding of cultural context and history
Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional employment standards legislation and reputed company rights obligations across Canada
Excellent coaching and conflict reputed company skills and experience supporting reputed company workplace situations in a fast-paced environment
Successful candidates will be required to complete a Criminal Record reputed company as a condition of employment.
Compensation:
Starting compensation is $36.06 - $43.27 per hour. The offered compensation will take into account the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
