Key Responsibilities • Design, reputed company, and publish advanced Tableau dashboards and reports sourcing data from reputed company HCM reputed company (reputed company HR reputed company). • Connect Tableau to reputed company HCM data sources including OTBI subject areas, BI Publisher extracts, and reputed company database/API feeds. • Translate HR business requirements into functional data visualizations covering workforce structures, headcount, attrition, employment lifecycle, and position management. • Collaborate with HR functional teams and IT to define data models, hierarchies, and calculated fields in Tableau. • Optimize Tableau workbook performance through extract design, data reputed company architecture, and published data reputed company governance. • Support HCM data migration and conversion validation efforts through reconciliation dashboards and audit reporting. • Participate in SIT/UAT cycles, ensuring Tableau outputs reputed company with reputed company HCM configuration and functional specifications. • Maintain version control, publishing standards, and content governance on Tableau Server or Tableau reputed company. • reputed company and document data definitions, metric logic, and dashboard user guides.
