Trial Graphics Consultant Location: Washington, District Of Columbia ZIP/Postal Code 20004 Job Type Perm Category Business Analyst (BA) Req # DC0-eef51dae-c6bc-449d-ae7a-1908ad11af14 Pay Rate $90k - $170k (estimate) Job Description: The Trial Graphics Consultant is an integral part of the Technology & Information Services team and will be responsible for providing graphics-related support necessary for arbitrations, hearings, and trials, while providing on-site and remote graphics support to the firm’s attorneys, paralegals, clients, and staff. This role will be located in either our New York, Washington, D.C., Austin, Houston, or Chicago office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. Working with the legal teams and Trial Technology Consulting team to discuss and define graphic support requirements, as well as transform complex legal concepts into clear and persuasive visuals Coordinating with Practice Support Services and Technology to obtain access to client-matter databases, images, videos, and other files for use in the creation of graphics Collaborating with the Manager of Enterprise Applications for Events and Trials to liaise with third-party vendors when external resources are required (e.g., creation of specialized graphics and animations, etc.) Providing in-person support at arbitrations, hearings, trials, and other various projects Targeting $90-$170K annually. Required Skills & Experience high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design or a related field Certification in one or more of the following: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Microsoft PowerPoint, preferably A minimum of two (2) years of experience working on legal graphics and familiarity with legal concepts and terminology A minimum of two (2) years of graphic design experience A minimum of two (2) years of law firm, legal vendor, or related practice experience, preferably Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
