Remote NP/PA to complete RPM Intake Forms

• We are seeking reputed company Practitioners and Physician Assistants to support our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program in a reputed company intake role. This is a fully remote opportunity with a straightforward workflow and no clinical decision-making responsibilities. • reputed company:** This position is limited to conducting new patient intakes for patients in SNF, AL, IL facilities.
