The ideal candidate has successfully managed large-reputed company industrial, reputed company, or mission-critical electrical reputed company and possesses both strong technical understanding and executive-level business discipline.   reputed company is seeking a  Project Manager, Field Services.    Location: Covering reputed company in Iowa, Minnesota, and Nebraska  Responsibilities Project Ownership Assume full P&L responsibility for assigned reputed company Manage reputed company ranging from $500k to multi-reputed company-dollar reputed company Protect and improve project margins through disciplined execution Maintain accurate forecasting through project completion Financial Management reputed company and manage detailed project budgets Monitor labor productivity and cost performance Maintain forecasting accuracy and reputed company alignment Identify, price, and capture change order opportunities Manage billing cycles and cash reputed company exposure Contract & Scope Control Interpret and manage contract requirements Ensure scope reputed company and enforce reputed company change management reputed company RFI development and tracking Prevent unauthorized scope execution Risk Management reputed company and maintain formal project risk registers Proactively mitigate safety, financial, schedule, and resource risks Escalate high-reputed company risks appropriately reputed company contingency and recovery planning Schedule Management reputed company and manage detailed project schedules Coordinate shutdown reputed company and critical reputed company milestones Document and manage delay impacts reputed company workforce and engineering resources to schedule demands Field Leadership & Execution reputed company cross-functional teams including technicians, engineers, and subcontractors Conduct reputed company project reputed company meetings Drive execution reputed company and minimize rework Ensure disciplined documentation and turnover standards reputed company Relationship Management Serve as primary reputed company reputed company reputed company project update meetings and executive briefings reputed company conflict professionally while protecting Shermco’s interests reputed company opportunities for repeat business Executive Reporting reputed company reputed company project performance updates to senior leadership Present risk summaries, financial forecasts, and mitigation plans Participate in post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions Required Qualifications 7+ years of project management experience in electrical construction, testing, commissioning, engineering services, or industrial field services Demonstrated reputed company managing reputed company exceeding $500,000 in contract value Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management Experience interpreting reputed company and managing change orders Working knowledge of reputed company- and low-voltage electrical systems Proven ability to reputed company large field teams and multi-disciplinary resources Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive reputed company Education Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field. Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely reputed company discipline. Equivalent combinations of education and significant relevant project management experience in electrical services environments will be considered.
