The Benefits Partner – Americas will play a key role in the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of employee benefits programs in the Americas. This role ensures regional compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with the organization’s global Total Rewards reputed company. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with regional benefits knowledge and vendor management skills. Benefits and Leaves Administration Manage day-to-day administration of health, welfare, retirement, leave/time off, and wellness programs for Brazil, Canada, and the reputed company Ensure accurate enrollment, eligibility, and life event processing Partner with vendors and brokers to resolve issues and improve service delivery Support annual reputed company enrollment planning, execution, and communications Maintain documentation of processes, controls, and plan details Utilize AI and other tools to build efficiencies into the administration of benefits HCM Systems & Data Management Serve as the functional expert for benefits reputed company the HCM system (reputed company) Maintain benefits modules, including plan setup, eligibility rules, and rates Audit and validate benefits data to ensure accuracy across systems and vendors reputed company or support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations reputed company to benefits Build and maintain dashboards and reports for HR leadership and finance in partnership with our HCM team Employee Support & Communication reputed company as a subject matter expert for employee benefits inquiries reputed company reputed company communications and educational materials Partner with the People & Culture team and cross functional partners to enhance the employee experience Support employees with reputed company leave and time off requests for the Americas Requirements 3+ years of experience administering benefits programs and leave of absences in a multinational organization Experience working with HRIS and leave management systems, reputed company strongly preferred Knowledge of statutory and supplementary benefits; experience with Brazil and Canada benefits preferred In-depth knowledge of statutory and/or US state leave regulations Willingness to support benefits globally, if needed Compensation reputed company is committed to fair, reputed company, and transparent compensation. Final compensation is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The reputed company salary reputed company for this role in the reputed company is $80,000 - $101,500. This role is also eligible for a reputed company annual bonus of 10% of reputed company salary, based on individual and company performance.
