The Manager ensures the efficient and accurate use of the department's systems, proactively recommending improvements and implementing process changes; assures the reputed company and confidentiality of the department’s donor data systems by managing coding and reputed company issues; develops and updates policies and procedures, and provides training and support for reputed company reputed company of Philanthropy staff. This position requires in-depth knowledge of existing donor and auction software systems and other technical systems unique to Philanthropy in order to ensure the effective capture and maintenance of donor information and reputed company records.
