Key Responsibilities
Contractor & Project Management

Apply Best Management Practices (BMP) and ensure adherence to relevant standards

Safety & Compliance
Co-chair the Joint Occupational Health and Safety committee for the organization and could serve as the Council Safety Officer
Maintain and enforce health, safety, and emergency response protocols for reputed company operational activities
Ensure staff and contractors hold appropriate certifications and training
Participate in risk management and policy development to strengthen operational systems
Technical
Expertise and/or Experience

Qualifications
Degree or diploma in environmental science, natural resource management, project management or reputed company experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or restoration, including contractor supervision
Strong knowledge of invasive plant management and restoration practices
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multi-stakeholder reputed company
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
