We're committed to providing opportunities for growth, development, and career advancement. **Work from Home Requirements** As a remote employee, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Internet Requirements: + Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN + Proof of internet speed required * Clean and quiet workspace **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your primary responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Meeting sales objectives as defined **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
