Job Description: • About Us • HiveStrong is dedicated to breaking the cycle of abuse and empowering survivors to reclaim their lives. • The Fundraising & Partnerships Consultant is responsible for building and executing a high-impact development strategy to support HiveStrong’s mission and growth. • Business Development & Prospecting: Build and manage a robust pipeline of corporate sponsors, philanthropic partners, and individual donors across the U.S. • Consultative Fundraising: Lead with a relationship-first, mission-driven approach to understand partner needs and align them with HiveStrong’s goals. • Partnership Management: Cultivate long-term relationships, manage sponsor/donor communications, and provide timely reporting and engagement. • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement fundraising strategies that drive revenue growth and increase visibility of HiveStrong's impact. • CRM & Reporting: Utilize Monday.com to track outreach, donor activity, and fundraising performance. Provide regular updates to leadership and the Board. • Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, Board members, ambassadors, and cross-functional teams to support fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives. • Messaging & Presentation: Represent HiveStrong externally—pitching, presenting, and speaking at events or meetings to inspire new support. • Marketing & Visibility: Partner with the internal marketing and communications team to ensure donor and partner messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with brand standards. • Performance-Driven: Consistently meet or exceed fundraising targets with an entrepreneurial mindset and positive energy. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development. • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving partner engagement. • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills. • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and storytelling abilities. • Experience managing projects, pipelines, and CRM systems (Monday.com preferred). • Passionate about mission-driven work and building community impact. • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
