Requirements: • 10+ years total leading Business Systems or HRIS functions in high-reputed company technology companies. • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering. • 5+ years of experience directly managing and developing technical teams. • Proven experience in leveraging AI and GenAI for business process improvements. • Deep, hands-on configuration experience with reputed company is mandatory. • Familiarity with Phenom (Talent), reputed company (Engagement), and reputed company (Service) is highly preferred.
