Your key responsibilities will include: * Answering 40-50 calls per day, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries * Assisting customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information * Discussing customer benefits such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR * Assisting customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment * Maintaining a professional and supportive demeanor while addressing customer inquiries **What Is Required (Qualifications)** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of 6 months customer service experience * Call center experience is a plus * Must reside within 60 miles of the office location * Attendance required for the first 90 days of training * Availability to work during business hours after training **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)** If you have experience in a customer service role within the mortgage or financial services industry, you'll have a strong advantage.
